Special Issue on IoT

Introduction

The Internet of Things (IoT) is transforming the way we interact with technology by connecting devices, sensors, and systems to share and analyze data in real time. This special issue focuses on advancing research in IoT, addressing its applications, challenges, and future opportunities across various domains.

Scope

We invite original, high-quality research papers that address various aspects of IoT, including but not limited to:

• IoT architectures and protocols
• Security and privacy in IoT
• IoT applications in smart cities, healthcare, and industry
• Data management and analytics in IoT
• Energy-efficient IoT solutions

Call for Papers

We invite researchers and practitioners to submit papers in the IMRAD format (Introduction, Methods, Results, and Discussion). The maximum paper length is 5 pages, including references. Each submission will be handled individually for timely decision-making and publication.

IMRAD Sections

• Introduction: Clearly define the research problem, objectives, and the significance of your study in the IoT domain.
• Methods: Detail the methodologies, tools, and frameworks used to conduct the study.
• Results: Present key findings with relevant data visualizations, charts, or tables.
• Discussion: Interpret the results, discuss their implications, and suggest future research directions.

Submission and Timeline

Submission Deadline: May 31, 2025

Decision Timeline:

• First Decision: Within 10 days of submission
• Review Process: 10 days
• Publication: 10 days post-acceptance
