Special Issue on Software Security

Introduction

The advent of increasingly interconnected systems and the exponential growth of software-based solutions have made software security a critical concern. This special issue aims to provide a platform for researchers, practitioners, and academicians to explore the latest advancements, challenges, and solutions in software security.

Scope

This special issue will cover a broad range of topics in software security, including but not limited to:

Secure software development practices
Vulnerability detection and management
Authentication and access control
Secure coding techniques
Software security testing
Privacy and compliance in software systems
Emerging threats and solutions

Call for Papers

We invite researchers and practitioners to submit papers in the IMRAD format (Introduction, Methods, Results, and Discussion). The maximum paper length is 5 pages, including references. Each submission will be handled individually for timely decision-making and publication.

IMRAD Sections

Introduction: Clearly define the research problem, objectives, and the significance of your study in the IoT domain.
Methods: Detail the methodologies, tools, and frameworks used to conduct the study.
Results: Present key findings with relevant data visualizations, charts, or tables.
Discussion: Interpret the results, discuss their implications, and suggest future research directions.
